Schedule A: Our Execution Steps
1. Project Deliberation and Cost Agreement
We begin by discussing your project requirements and establishing the cost.
2. Payments (Full or Partial)
You are required to make an initial payment, either in full or at least 70% of the total agreed cost, before project commencement.
3. Domain and Hosting Registration Details
We will request the necessary information to register your domain and set up the hosting account.
During this phase, we set up the website, secure it, and lay the foundation for SEO.
4. Website Design Details
We then collect the information needed to design your website according to your specifications.
5. Balance Payment (if applicable)
After completing the website design, any remaining balance must be paid.
6. Handover of Assets
We provide you with the login details for your web assets upon project completion.

Important Points to Note:
1. Feature Specification and Agreement
Clearly state the features you want on your website or provide a sample. Any additional features requested after the initial agreement will require a review of the project’s scope and cost.
Certain features may involve tools or resources not covered by the original cost.
2. Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable. This policy is due to similar practices by our partners and service providers.
3. Payment Confirmation
Payments are considered received only when they reflect in our bank account or other payment platforms we use. If you encounter issues after making a transaction, please contact your financial service provider.
4. Content Posting for Specific Websites
For content-heavy websites (e.g., blogs, e-commerce, job boards), posting content is a courtesy, not a right, unless explicitly paid for. We will post a limited amount of content to ensure the website’s design integrity.
5. Project Approval and Support
Once you approve the project and receive your login details, you are entitled to 30 days of free support for issues related to the original agreement. Any additional support is considered a new contract.
We offer website management and maintenance as standalone services.
6. Post-Delivery Services
After 30 days, any support requests related to the original project will be treated as a new contract. We reserve the right to decide whether to charge for additional services based on the nature of your request.
